Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage client profiles across various job portals and handle job application activities on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of job portals, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to manage client profiles and job applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage and update client profiles across various job portals.

·        Search for suitable job opportunities based on clients’ profiles, qualifications, skills, and experience.

·        Apply for relevant job openings on behalf of clients through appropriate job portals.

·        Handle backend operations related to client profiles and job applications.

·        Use MS Excel to maintain client records, track job applications, and prepare reports.

·        Monitor application status and maintain records of submitted applications.

·        Coordinate with internal teams regarding client profile updates and job application activities.

·        Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·        Knowledge of various job portals and their functionalities.

·        Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

·        Good computer skills and data management abilities.

·        Understanding of job search processes and online job application procedures.

·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple client profiles efficiently.

·        Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

·  Experience in job portal management, client profile handling, or online job application services will be an advantage.

·   Freshers with good computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

EMPLOYMENT BOND – 6 MONTHS

The selected candidate will be required to sign a six-month employment commitment agreement. The terms, conditions, and any applicable consequences of early separation will be explained in writing before signing and will be subject to applicable law.
