Operations Manager

Job Description of Operation Manager- Technical/Engineering.

1. Maintaining the 52 Week PPM schedule & AMC Tracker

2. Responsible for analysis & report of power enhancement within the facility as and when requirement arises.

3. Ensure monitoring Health of all electrical equipment (UPS/Panels) - by the supervisors

4. Responsible for managing the team for the smooth functioning of operations, with integrity, safety and quality.

5. Co-ordination & follow AMC vendors and other Suppliers. Monitor & Ensure quality of work completed on daily basis.

6. Preparing daily, weekly reports and monthly report.

7. Proper inventory control including material indenting & tracking of material in stock- electrical / plumbing

8. Maintain & update floor wise asset list. All reports to be checked and signed on daily basis.

9. Ensure 100% uptime of all critical equipment

10. Check the Attendance as per shift schedule

11. Check all log books & check list (ups, A/C, rest room, Plumbing check list.)

12. Daily Facility Rounds

13. Update the facility round snag list, initiate PO to close and track the same

14. Review the daily reports (HT, LT, Chiller, Water, HSD,DG,UPS and Floor)

15. Review the complaint tracker & task book. Assign tasks to team members to follow up

16. Co-ordination & follow AMC vendors/Suppliers. Ensure the works are completed on same day.

17.  Briefing at end of 1st & beginning of 2nd shift & Daily Report to prepare and submit to client.

18. Preparing the attendance & submit for review & approval.

19. Impart Daily briefing & regular training to the technicians.

20. Every month end submission of all data's, details of reports and month opening & closing readings.

21. Submission of all necessary legal documentation as per the Govt. requirements.

22. Self-Grooming is compulsory for all staff and the record to be any time presentable on request.
