Staff Nurse (ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing)
Location: Cure+ Hospitals, Karnataka (On-site)

About the Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering quality nursing care, assisting medical professionals, and ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care under the guidance of doctors and senior nursing staff.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, assess, and record patients' vital signs and overall health status.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and respond promptly during emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Ensure infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic patient environment.
Educate and communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment and care.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
Adhere to hospital policies, nursing standards, and ethical practices.
Eligibility Criteria
ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
Good clinical knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
