Process Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Home Loan Process Executive to handle the complete home loan process, from customer documentation and application to loan approval and disbursement. The candidate will coordinate with customers, banks, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle home loan enquiries and assist customers with suitable loan options.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Prepare and submit loan applications to banks/NBFCs.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and loan officers.
• Track applications from submission to sanction and final disbursement.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents and clarifications.
• Explain loan terms, eligibility, interest rates, EMI, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications and customer details.
• Resolve customer queries and provide regular updates on loan status.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, and documentation teams when required.
• Ensure timely completion of the overall loan process.
• Maintain good relationships with banking partners and customers.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in home loans, banking, finance, or real estate preferred.
• Good knowledge of home loan documentation and basic banking procedures.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to work with multiple customers and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in real estate home loan processing will be preferred.
