Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Achieve targets for foreign currency (notes, sales, travel cards) and outward remittances.

• Operations: Manage daily FX transactions and ensure product hygiene.

• Business Development: Support business development (BDE) teams and build FX business from non-licensed branches.

• Compliance: Oversee regulatory compliance and maintain financial reporting standards.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and build client relationships.

• Training: Educate colleagues on FX products and business. 


Required Skills & Profile

• Skills: Forex knowledge, sales, financial analysis, communication, compliance, attention to detail, organizational skills.

• Education: Any Bachelor's degree or in Finance/Accounting.

• Experience: Previous experience in foreign exchange or financial services is a plus.
