Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, following up on outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely collections. You will handle customer queries, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers through field visits regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.
