Accounts & Inventory Executive

• Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, expense and journal entries.
• Record and verify daily treasury transactions, including all bank and cash entries.
• Maintain customer, supplier, transporter and job-worker ledgers.
• Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare GST and TDS workings and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant.
• Handle e-invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, debit notes and credit notes.
• Reconcile GSTR-1, 2B, 3B and follow up on mismatches.
• Track customer collections, supplier payments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain raw material, WIP, finished goods and by-product inventory records.
• Maintain inward and outward records for job-work materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain statutory records and assist with bank documentation.
• Coordinate with factory departments.
• Assist in the timely preparation and filing of compliance reports, including GST, TDS and other applicable compliances.

Candidates with practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, e-invoicing, e-way bills, Advanced Microsoft Excel, inventory accounting and reconciliation will be preferred.
