🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

✅ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

✅ Freshers and Experienced Candidates Both Can Apply

✅ Age Limit: 18–32 Years

✅ Bike and Driving Licence Preferred

✅ Good Communication and Customer-Handling Skills

✅ Willingness to work in the field

✅ Candidates should be comfortable travelling to nearby villages and customer locations

📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Handle Micro Finance / JLG Loan collection activities.

🔹 Visit customers for regular and overdue payment collection.

🔹 Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and dues.

🔹 Visit customers’ homes and business locations as required.

🔹 Maintain regular contact with customers and guarantors.

🔹 Identify overdue and delinquent accounts and follow up for recovery.

🔹 Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the branch.

🔹 Maintain proper records of customer visits and collection details.

🔹 Coordinate with the branch team and report daily collection updates.

🔹 Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

📍 LOCATION DETAILS

Muzaffarpur and other locations across Bihar.

The company will provide a working branch within approximately 80–100 km of the candidate’s home location, depending on availability.
