Job Description
- Provide day-to-day IT support to all resort departments.
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, software, and network issues.
- Maintain Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, CCTV, and other IT systems.
- Support POS, billing, front-office, and hospitality software.
- Install and configure hardware, software, and IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and service/complaint records.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic IT security.
- Provide timely technical support to staff and minimize system downtime.
- Handle any other IT-related tasks assigned by management.
