Job SummaryThe Seva Sarathi is responsible for assisting customers at the bank branch, guiding them through banking services, promoting digital banking, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role acts as the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their banking requirements.
• Guide customers on digital banking services such as YONO, internet banking, mobile banking, UPI, and ATM transactions.
• Assist customers with account opening, KYC updates, passbook printing, cheque deposit, and cash deposit machine (CDM) usage.
• Help customers use self-service kiosks and other digital banking channels.
• Resolve basic customer queries or direct them to the appropriate bank official.
• Promote SBI products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, loans, credit cards, and other banking services.
• Maintain branch discipline and ensure a smooth customer flow.
• Support branch staff during peak business hours.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language.
