About the RoleWe are looking for a full-time Video Editor who can create engaging short-form videos, Reels, YouTube content, and promotional videos for our brand and social media channels.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, video storytelling, captions, transitions, music, and social-media trends.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
• Edit talking-head videos, educational content, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Add captions, subtitles, graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, and B-roll.
• Create engaging video hooks and maintain viewer attention.
• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips.
• Maintain consistent editing style and brand guidelines.
• Complete assigned videos within agreed deadlines.
• Organize and manage video files and project assets.
• Stay updated with current Instagram and YouTube editing trends.
• Coordinate with the content and marketing team to understand video requirements.
• Make revisions based on feedback.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
• Understanding of Reels and Shorts editing.
• Good sense of pacing, cuts, music, captions, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create clean and professional subtitles.
• Basic understanding of sound design and color correction.
• Ability to work quickly and meet daily deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and improve.

ExperienceFreshers can apply if they have strong editing skills and a good portfolio.

Experience in editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, educational content, or business/marketing videos will be an advantage.

Work ExpectationsThis is a full-time position. The selected candidate will be expected to work consistently on video editing assignments and deliver content according to the team's production schedule.

Salary₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month fixed, depending on editing skills, experience, portfolio, and interview performance.
