Sales and Marketing Associate

Role & Responsibilities -

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and contacting the identified leads via email, social media and phone calls to close the leads (both B2B and B2C).

Customer relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers is crucial. Associates will follow up with clients and collect constructive feedback and address any customer inquiries or concerns.

Sales Analytics: Associates may be involved in tracking and analyzing sales data, including conversion rates, lead sources, and sales trends.

Product Knowledge: Sales Associates need to have a deep understanding of the staycation offerings to effectively communicate the value and features to potential customers.

Training and Development: Sales Associates will get the required training and development opportunities to grow along with the organisation

Feedback and Improvement: Associates will be encouraged to provide feedback on the company's sales processes and strategies, as their fresh perspectives can sometimes lead to improvements in the sales department.

Database and Calendar Management: Sales Associates will be required to keep records of the leads and prospects and manage the multi-calendar of the product offerings of the staycation company.
