# Warehouse Manager – Bhiwandi

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹29,000/month

Timing: 10 AM – 8 PM (may vary as per business requirements)

Paid Leave: 2–3 days/month as per company policy

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who can independently handle the complete warehouse operation and manage 100+ orders/transactions per day.

### Key Responsibilities ###

* Manage the complete warehouse operation from **opening to closing**.

* Supervise **Sales, Coordinator, Cashier, 2 Inventory Managers and 7–8 warehouse staff**.

* Ensure smooth **inward/outward stock movement** daily inventory updates and stock accuracy.

* Supervise **billing, cash transactions, reconciliation and weekly cash deposits**.

* Manage **RTOs, customer returns, complaints and escalations**.

* Supervise **vendor receipts, purchase orders and documentation**.

* Conduct and supervise **stock audits, physical verification and inventory reconciliation**.

* Maintain accurate **daily, weekly and monthly reports** for sales, warehouse transactions, inventory, cash, RTOs and returns.

* Ensure all staff follow company **SOPs and reporting structure without compromise**.

* Maintain warehouse discipline, security, cleanliness and proper documentation.

* Identify operational problems, solve them quickly and improve processes.

* Develop systems that allow the warehouse to **scale without operational breakdown**.

## Candidate Requirements ##

* Previous experience managing a **large-scale/high-volume warehouse**.

* Experience managing a team and handling **100+ orders/transactions per day**.

* Strong knowledge of inventory, warehouse operations, cash/billing and documentation.

* Good leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.

* Must be capable of working independently and taking **complete ownership of warehouse operations**.

* Should have ideas for **process optimization, efficiency and business scaling**.

### Key Expectation ###

The Warehouse Manager will have **end-to-end responsibility for the warehouse — staff, inventory, orders, cash, documentation, returns, RTOs, customer issues and daily operations** — and must ensure the business continues to run smoothly **even without constant management supervision**.
