### Job Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions to generate new leads.

* Introduce and explain company services to schools.& individual parents.

* Identify potential schools and decision-makers.

* Follow up with interested schools and convert leads into business opportunities.

* Build and maintain good relationships with schools.

* Provide customer support and assistance to schools associated with the company.

* Resolve school queries regarding our products, services and processes.

* Guide schools in using our services and provide timely assistance.

* Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.

* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.

### Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Good communication, convincing and customer-handling skills.

* Experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation or customer support will be preferred.

* Freshers with good English communication skills can also apply.

* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

* Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
