• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the Collective Wisdom App and its benefits.
• Generate interest and convert leads into paid subscribers.
• Explain subscription plans, features, offers and benefits clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant app features.
• Follow up with interested customers through phone/WhatsApp.
• Handle basic customer questions and objections related to subscription.
• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly subscription targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to improve conversion rates.
• Provide feedback about customer objections and market response.

• Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
