Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and schedule sales meetings.
  • Maintain customer information, call records, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation or sales targets.
  • Build positive customer relationships and convert prospects into customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and deal closures.
