Job Description
Role overviewWe’re looking for a confident and courteous Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, explain our products or services, and help meet team targets. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, listens well, and can keep accurate call records.
- Key responsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions.
- Explain products, services, offers, and relevant terms clearly.
- Identify customer needs and share suitable options.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain a call-back schedule.
- Record call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up actions in the company’s system.
- Meet agreed call quality, activity, and conversion targets.
- Escalate complex questions or complaints to the appropriate team.
- Follow company guidelines and applicable calling and privacy requirements.
