Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and team-handling skills, along with a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Generate and follow up with prospective clients.
• Assist team members in client meetings and property presentations.
• Handle negotiations and support the team in closing deals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Train and motivate team members to improve their sales performance.
• Coordinate with the management and other departments.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in sales/team handling, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Candidates with experience in real estate, property sales, channel sales, or BFSI sales will be preferred
