Key Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students regarding healthcare education programs and help them choose the

most suitable course.

* Convert enquiries into successful admissions through effective telephonic counselling and follow-

ups.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.

* Address queries related to courses, admissions, fees, and the overall enrolment process.

* Assist enrolled students by coordinating with relevant departments whenever required.

* Promote additional products, services, and franchise opportunities offered by the organization.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using company systems.

* Achieve individual sales and admission targets while maintaining a high level of customer

satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

* Undergraduate (Any Stream).
