Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through multiple job portals.
- Develop targeted candidate pipelines for manufacturing and building material industry profiles.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT.
- Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize critical requirements.
