Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for manpower requirements across various sites and locations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Maintain daily candidate calling, interview, selection, and joining reports.
  • Ensure timely joining of candidates as per manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Site Teams regarding vacancies and manpower requirements.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Follow up with selected candidates until their joining and ensure proper documentation.
  • Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
