Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:**
- Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Present and promote Square Yards' products and services professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.
- Negotiate and close deals while achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, project offerings, and competitor activities.
**Eligibility:**
- Prior sales experience (6 months experience preferred in sales).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
