Role Overview -

We are looking for a goal-driven Online Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new transporters/truck owners, verifying vehicles on our app, securing consistent loads, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities - 

1. Customer Onboarding & Education: Onboard new leads, drivers, and transporters; educate them on how to effectively use our mobile app and services.

2. Vehicle Verification: Inspect and analyze truck details to accurately register them on the app platform.

3. Load Management & Fulfillment: Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to match available trucks with consistent loads.

4. Relationship Management: Follow up regularly with customers and transporters to build long-term relationships, secure repeat business, and generate referrals.

5. Target Management: Work closely with senior management to understand sales targets and align with team members to hit performance goals.

6. Performance Under Pressure: Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily and monthly targets.

Requirements & Qualifications -

Asset - Laptop or Computer Required

Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasive communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Teamwork: Strong interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating mobile applications and digital platforms.

Drive: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving incentive targets.

Compensation & Incentive Structure - 

This is an incentive-based performance role designed for high earners:

Month 1 Joining Payment: ₹5,000 one-time payment upon securing your very first successful order.

Incentive Structure (Ongoing):

Month 2 Onwards: Fully incentive-based earnings driven by your onboarding volume and load generation.

Per Successful Onboarding + First Load: ₹600 per verified truck onboarded with its first completed load.
