Experience: 10+ Years (EV / Automotive / 2-Wheeler / Channel Sales leadership preferred)

About the Role We are seeking an ambitious, strategy-driven, and high-performing National Sales Head to drive our multi-state expansion across India. You will be responsible for defining national sales strategies, expanding dealer/distributor networks, leading regional sales teams (ASMs/RSMs), and scaling revenue for our Electric Scooter vertical.

• Key Responsibilities
• National Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute aggressive nationwide sales and distribution strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Network Expansion: Establish, expand, and manage the EV dealer, distributor, and franchisee network across key regions in India.
• Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, mentor, and monitor Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across different states to maximize productivity.
• Revenue & P&L Ownership: Own national revenue targets, forecast sales pipelines, and optimize sales operations costs.
• Market Intelligence & Branding: Track competitor movements, market trends, and pricing dynamics to position Rilox EV as a top-choice mobility brand.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Management (Founder’s Office) to align supply, demand, and brand presence.
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Sales & Business Development, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within EV, 2-Wheeler Automobile, or FMCG/Durables Channel Sales.
• Education: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling dealer networks and achieving multi-crore sales targets.
• Leadership & Negotiation: Excellent strategic thinking, high-stakes negotiation skills, and strong team management capabilities.
• Mobility: Open to domestic travel across active and focus markets.
