MIS Executive

*About the Role*

We are looking for a *detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive* to manage business performance reporting and data tracking. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely reports covering *branch-wise, individual-wise and Pan-India business performance*, while supporting management with useful business insights. 📊

*Key Responsibilities*

• Prepare *Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly MIS Reports*.

• Track *Morning, Afternoon & Evening Business Performance*.

• Monitor *branch-wise, Individual-wise & Pan-India Performance*.

• Prepare *Target vs. Achievement & Productivity Reports*.

• Track business performance and identify performance gaps.

• Coordinate with branches and internal teams for accurate data.

• Verify and maintain data accuracy across all reports.

• Prepare business and management reports as required.

• Highlight important performance updates, gaps and trends to management.

• Handle ad-hoc reports and urgent MIS requirements when needed. 💻

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of *MS Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting*

• Strong knowledge of *Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS & COUNTIFS*

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple reports within strict deadlines.

• Good understanding of business data and performance tracking.

• *Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage*
