Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
· Product Listing on marketplaces, (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
· Handle day-to-day office and operational activities.
· Perform computer-based work including data entry, Excel, online portals and record maintenance.
· Maintain accurate customer, job and work-related records.
· Coordinate with customers and internal departments for smooth processing of work.
· Handle receiving and delivery-related documentation.
· Prepare and update daily operational reports.
· Check entries and documents carefully to ensure accuracy.
· Follow company procedures and maintain proper records.
· Support billing, job card and other back-office activities as required.
· Coordinate with the branch team to ensure work is completed on time.
· Handle basic customer queries professionally.
· Perform any other operational or administrative work assigned by the Branch In-charge.
