About the Role

Vritti Solutions is looking for freshers who are interested in Sales, Technology and SaaS to join our team as Management Trainees – SaaS. You will be working on our platform Simplyfy Practice, our SaaS solution for Chartered Accountants, and will be trained on the complete inside-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential CA customers and firms.

• Introduce Simplyfy Practice and understand customer requirements.

• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers.

• Explain product features and how the software can help customers.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities.

• Maintain lead and customer details in the CRM.

• Work towards daily/weekly calling, demo and sales targets.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Good listening, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Interest in Sales, SaaS and Technology.
