Business Development Executive (Sales) – XR & Immersive Tech
Pune / Mumbai | Full-Time | On-Site
We’re Brightpeak, an AR, VR, and Mixed Reality studio building immersive experiences for enterprise clients across India and the GCC. From Unity-based training simulations to real-time AR product visualization, we work at the cutting edge of spatial computing.
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to own client acquisition and grow our B2B pipeline in the Mumbai/Pune market.
What you’ll do:
Identify and pitch to enterprise clients across IT, real estate, retail, manufacturing, and ed-tech sectors
Leverage existing relationships to open doors for AR/VR/MR solution demos
Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to proposal to close
Represent Brightpeak at industry events and networking forums
What we’re looking for:
1+ year of B2B sales or business development experience in the IT/tech sector
Existing client relationships in Mumbai or Pune
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starter who can work with minimal hand-holding
Interest in or familiarity with emerging tech is a plus, we’ll train you on the XR side
