Driver Cum Office Boy

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive the company vehicle safely for office work, deliveries, collections and other business-related activities.
2. Pick up and drop off staff, documents, goods and materials as instructed.
3. Assist with loading, unloading, packing and delivery of coffee machines, coffee products and other office materials.
4. Handle the collection and delivery of goods, invoices, documents and payments as assigned.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
6. Ensure timely servicing, fuel checks and reporting of any vehicle-related issues.
7. Assist with general office work, including shifting materials, arranging stock and keeping the office premises organised.
8. Support the dispatch, delivery and packing team whenever required.
9. Follow traffic rules and company policies and maintain proper records of vehicle trips, fuel expenses and deliveries.
10. Perform other driving and office support duties assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Valid driving licence for the required vehicle category.
• Previous driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local routes in Thane, Mumbai and nearby areas.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Honest, punctual, responsible and physically fit for delivery and material-handling duties.
• Willingness to perform both driving and office helper responsibilities.
• Working ConditionsFull-time employment.
• Working hours and weekly offs as per company policy.
• Salary will be based on experience and suitability.
