Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Set up the dental chair and treatment room before procedures.
- Assist with patient preparation and provide basic pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain proper hygiene and infection-control standards.
- Handle and maintain dental instruments and clinical equipment.
- Ensure availability of required materials and consumables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical area.
- Support patient management and provide a comfortable experience.
- Maintain basic treatment and inventory records.
- Coordinate with dentists, reception, and other clinic staff.
- Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, and infection-control protocols.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of dental procedures and instruments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
