Job Description
- Attend calls and emails from potential and existing customers, and understand their service support requirements, and provide appropriate technical support and solutions.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers as and when required.
- Visit customer sites as and when required for troubleshooting, service, and support.
- Assist the Customer Support Manager in day-to-day activities, customer coordination, technical matters, and outdoor assignments.
- Handle repair-related enquiries, assess technical issues, and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve them.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to customer enquiries, work orders, repairs, and service activities.
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
