📞 Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates to join our Customer Support & Telecalling Team.

The selected candidate will receive leads from the company and communicate with candidates through inbound and outbound calls.

Your responsibilities will include:✅ Make outbound calls to company-provided leads

✅ Handle incoming calls from interested candidates

✅ Understand candidate requirements and basic eligibility

✅ Explain available marine job opportunities and career processes

✅ Explain applicable training requirements and procedures

✅ Explain medical and documentation requirements

✅ Guide candidates regarding the registration/application process

✅ Answer basic candidate questions professionally

✅ Follow up with interested candidates

✅ Maintain candidate information in Excel/CRM

✅ Update call status and follow-up details

✅ Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance

✅ Achieve assigned calling and performance targets

🎯 Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who are:

✔️ Confident while speaking

✔️ Good at communicating with people

✔️ Comfortable making regular phone calls

✔️ Polite and professional with customers

✔️ Good at listening and understanding customer requirements

✔️ Basic computer knowledge

✔️ Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

✔️ Willing to learn

✔️ Comfortable working with daily targets

✔️ Interested in building a career in Customer Support / Telecalling
