Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's financial services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about available loan solutions.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain customer details and call records in the company's system.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Build good relationships with customers through professional communication.
  • Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets with guidance from the team.

  • Eligibility CriteriaFreshers are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English and Marathi are an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence while speaking with customers.
