Bartender

Position: Bar Tender

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)

Minimum Experience Required: 6 months

Role OverviewThe Bar Tender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, ensuring guest satisfaction, and following hygiene and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter and storage areas.
• Check and restock bar inventory (ice, garnishes, glassware, beverages, etc.).
• Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
• Interact with guests professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines.
• Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations.
• Prevent wastage and ensure proper portion control.
• Report breakages, shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of beverages and basic cocktails.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Basic knowledge of POS/Billing (preferred).
• Teamwork and positive attitude.
