Job Description

  • Handle loan application processing and maintain client records.
  • Collect, verify, and organize KYC documents, bank statements, ITRs, financial statements, and other loan-related documents.
  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, clients, and sales executives for loan processing and disbursement.
  • Follow up on pending documents, login status, sanctions, and disbursement updates.
  • Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, loan trackers, and case status reports.
  • Update client details, application status, and documentation records in Excel and company systems.
  • Assist in preparing loan files, checklists, and other banking-related documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing of physical and digital records while ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, emails, and other back-office operations.
