Job Description

  • Prepare, check and maintain architectural drawings, building plans and approval documents.
  • Handle documentation related to building permissions, municipal approvals, NOCs and other statutory requirements.
  • Understand local development rules, zoning requirements, FSI, TDR, carpet area, built-up area and permissible construction.
  • Assist with feasibility studies, plot details, property documents and development potential reports.
  • Coordinate with municipal corporations, planning authorities, surveyors, developers, consultants and other relevant departments.
  • Maintain records of sanctioned plans, applications, approval letters, remarks, receipts and revised drawings.
  • Prepare reports, letters, Excel sheets, area statements and project documentation.
  • Track approval applications and follow up on pending documents and compliance requirements.
