Accounts Executive

We are fast-growing lab-grown diamond jewellery startup building a modern jewellery brand across retail and online channels. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our growing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally.

•Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately.

•Perform bank, cash, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

•Assist with GST and TDS workings and compliance.

•Manage accounts payable and receivable and coordinate necessary follow-ups.

•Prepare Excel-based reports and MIS.

•Support month-end closing, audits, and financial documentation.

•Coordinate with stores, operations, and vendors on finance-related matters.

•Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies.

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

What We're Looking For

•Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.

•Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

•Good working knowledge of Tally.

•Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic data analysis.

•Good numerical and analytical skills.

•Detail-oriented, organised, and accurate in handling financial data.

•Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
