Account Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and overall accounts-related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Entry and Purchase Entry in Tally.

Bank Statement Entry and Bank Reconciliation.

TDS Calculation, Entry, and Reconciliation.

GST-related accounting and invoice verification.

Preparation and maintenance of sales and purchase invoices.

Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Outstanding payment follow-ups and vendor payment tracking.

Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.

Maintaining proper records of all financial transactions.

Handling day-to-day accounting activities and supporting month-end closing.

Preparing reports in Excel and maintaining accounting documents.

Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all accounts-related work.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.

Experience in sales, purchase, and bank entries.

Good understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliation.

Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.

Experience: 1–2 years preferred.
