Job Description
Kapadia Brothers (HPCL Petrol Pump) is looking for a responsible and proactive Accountant with 2–5 years of experience and a B.Com qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Daily data entry from cashier shift-end sheets into company software.
- Prepare the Daily Sales Report (DSR) every morning.
- Reconcile cash, UPI, card payments and fuel sales.
- Maintain creditor, supplier and customer credit accounts.
- Record purchases, expenses and bank transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with payroll, attendance, statutory records and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements: Good accounting knowledge, Excel skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude with the initiative to improve processes independently.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Work Options:
- Full-time: 6 days a week.
- Part-time: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM daily.
