Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our content and marketing team. You will be responsible for editing engaging videos for social media, branding, events, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, understand current content trends, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Edit long-form videos for YouTube, events, interviews, and corporate content.
• Cut, trim, and organize raw footage into polished videos.
• Add text animations, captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
• Perform basic color correction and audio balancing.
• Create platform-specific exports (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9).
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality content.
• Maintain proper file organization and project backups.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest editing styles, AI tools, and social media trends.
• Required Skills0–2 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with Photoshop for thumbnails and graphics.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and export settings.
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Basic knowledge of color grading and sound editing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar editing assistants.
• Photography or videography knowledge is an added advantage.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Media, Film, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video editing work (academic, freelance, internship, or personal projects).
