Job Description – Video EditorCompany: Craftworld Events Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–2 Years

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality visual content. The candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, transitions, music synchronization and social media trends.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEdit promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos and social media content.
  • Create cinematic event highlights, corporate films, aftermovies and promotional AVs.
  • Edit videos for fashion shows, corporate events, award functions and entertainment projects.
  • Add transitions, motion graphics, titles, subtitles, sound effects and background music.
  • Ensure proper colour correction, colour grading and audio synchronization.
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality videos within assigned deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest editing styles, social media trends and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in professional video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and other creative tools.
  • Understanding of colour grading, sound design and motion graphics.
  • Strong sense of creativity, timing, storytelling and visual composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is mandatory.
  • Preferred CandidateExperience in event management, fashion, entertainment or advertising industries.
  • Ability to create engaging Instagram Reels and promotional videos.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Passion for cinematic editing and visual storytelling.
