Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join Thomas Cook’s team in Mumbai. The role involves promoting travel products, handling customer inquiries, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into sales for domestic and international travel packages.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and insurance.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle walk-in customers, emails, and calls professionally.

Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and other internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using CRM tools.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and travel fairs when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Tourism/Hospitality preferred).

0–3 years of experience in travel sales or holiday package sales.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to understand travel requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.
