Job Title: Telesales Executive - Insurance Sales
Location:Mumbai (Work from Office)
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads
- Explain insurance products - Term, Health, ULIP, Investment Plans
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable policy
- Generate leads and close sales over the phone
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and follow-up for renewals / cross-sell
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle.
