Telesales Executive

About the Role

Quadra Spaces is hiring a Real Estate Sales & Operations Executive based in Lower Parel and Worli, Mumbai. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client coordination, lead outreach, and on-ground property operations across premier luxury developments. You will handle cold calling, convert incoming leads, schedule meetings, and follow up closely with clients. You will also take full ownership of property listings on major portals and capture walkthrough reels and videos during site visits.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for an energetic and aggressive sales professional with fluent English speaking skills, a clear voice, and solid computer proficiency. Candidates should have a decent educational background (graduate preferred) and basic skills in shooting mobile property videos. Because daily site visits across Lower Parel and Worli are a core part of the job, owning a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and living close to the area is required.
