* Working Hours: Any 9 hours between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their travel requirements.

* Understand customer requirements such as destination, travel dates, budget and preferences.

* Promote and sell MakeMyTrip travel products and services.

* Assist customers with flight, hotel, holiday package and other travel bookings.

* Explain pricing, offers, package details, booking terms and cancellation policies.

* Convert potential leads and customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.

* Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate customer information and update lead status in the CRM.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the booking process.

Requirements:

* 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service or Travel Sales.

* Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of a regional language will be an added advantage.

* Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.

* Strong convincing, negotiation and selling skills.
