What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales and drive conversions.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and recommend relevant products.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Understand customer needs, explain product benefits, offers, pricing, and promotions effectively.
- Handle customer objections and use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales.
- Follow up with leads at different stages of the sales funnel to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, orders, and conversions through CRM/lead management tools.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and campaigns to communicate relevant information to customers.
- Earn incentives based on sales performance and target achievement
