We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and responsible individual to handle customer enquiries, social media messages, and online orders for The Rejected Store, a growing fashion retail brand.
📋 Job Responsibilities📞 Customer Calling & Support
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
- Explain store locations, addresses, and directions for our Kandivali and Thane outlets.
- Assist customers with product enquiries, availability, pricing, and store timings.
📱 Instagram Customer Support
- Respond to Instagram DMs, comments, and customer enquiries.
- Share product details, prices, and availability.
- Convert Instagram enquiries into confirmed online orders.
💬 WhatsApp Customer Support
- Reply promptly to customer WhatsApp messages.
- Share product photos, prices, sizes, and availability.
- Take and manage customer orders through WhatsApp.
- Follow up with interested customers to increase sales.
📦 Online Order Management
- Record and confirm online orders accurately.
- Coordinate with store staff for stock availability and order processing.
- Keep customers updated about their orders.
- ✅ Candidate Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in customer support, telecalling, or online sales preferred.
- Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
- Basic knowledge of clothing, sizes, and fashion products.
- Good typing speed and ability to handle multiple customer conversations.
- Polite, responsible, and sales-oriented.
🕒 Working Details Store Timings: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Weekly Off: Weekday only. No weekly off on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Work Type: Full-time | Offline, Work From Store
