Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative activities. • Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups. • Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and documentation. • Assist in order processing and ensure timely completion of sales-related activities. • Maintain customer databases and update information regularly. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution. • Handle email correspondence and customer communications. • Provide post-sales support and resolve basic customer concerns.
