Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to parents to explain our E-learning programs and courses
• Address basic questions and provide information about features, benefits, and pricing
• Schedule appointments for educational counsellors at parents’ convenience
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and appointments
• Follow up on leads to ensure maximum appointment conversion
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle objections politely and professionally
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
