Job Description

Make outbound calls to contractors, builders, distributors, and retailers.

Explain product features (construction fibers, GRC fibers, waterproofing fibers, etc.) and their benefits.

Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.

Handle inquiries from new and existing customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales telecalling targets.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for effective lead conversion.
